King’s Service Centre expands with new Admissions Service Desk team in Newquay
King’s Service Centre is growing! We’re delighted to announce the launch of a new Admissions Service Desk team based in Newquay.
This dedicated team of nine will play a pivotal role in supporting prospective King’s College London students from across the globe. As the first point of contact for thousands of applicants, they will help shape the applicant journey by providing timely and accurate responses to queries via the admissions portal, phoneline and email.
Importantly, this service has now been brought in-house, ensuring greater control, consistency and quality in how we support applicants.
Sitting at the heart of our global admissions service, the team will ensure that every applicant receives the guidance and support they need throughout the admissions process. Their work will be instrumental in delivering a seamless experience for future King’s students.
